Field of Depth does not only calculate the depth of field of a certain lens, it also visualizes the result in a graphical way. Therefore, the influence of focal length and aperture becomes tangible and understandable. It helps to quickly find the right settings for a lens and makes the comparison between different lenses and cameras easy.
The object distance can be defined with a simple touch, or it can also be entered numerically. Aperture and focal length are intuitively adjusted through the lens symbol.
Additionally, the area in focus and the angle of view can be displayed on a map. With this, it is easy to determine the right lens in advance.
Different combinations of cameras and lenses can be added to the equipment list, which allows for a quick change between the equipments.
New equipments can be added easily by entering sensor size and lens parameters.
